Returned Item View

Use the Returned Item View function to see items that have been returned in Sales Order on either an RMA or Credit Memo. For more information, see SO Returned Item History Enhancement.

This view will only display if the Return Items Direct to Stock business rule is set to 'No'.

Remember, use the Column Chooser to add columns to the view.
